Returns, Refunds & Exchanges


Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days has passed, all refunds will be issued via gift card.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in its original condition that you received it in. Candles that have been burned or used on a candle warmer will not be accepted. For damaged items, please refer to our Damages Policy below.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have a receipt, proof of purchase or you received an item as a gift, you will be issued a gift card for the refundable amount.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost when returning non-damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.


You will be emailed to verify that we received your return. We will also email you to notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

If your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your refund to show up on your credit card or in your bank account.

Missing or Lost Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your email and 7 full business days have passed:

  •         First check with your bank account
  •         Then contact your credit card company
  •         Next contact your bank directly

Damaged Items

If your items are damaged when you receive them, please contact us at with pictures and the order number within 3 business days and we will take care of it for you.


We do not accept exchanges. We will only replace items that are defective or damaged.
