Candle Specifics

 Do your candles contain paraffin?

No, all candles are made with a blend of soy and coconut wax.

Coconut wax is great for making candles because it is sustainable, slow and clean burning. It also has an amazing scent throw that ensures you have a candle that you can truly smell. This makes it one of the better candle choices for people with allergies, asthma and migraines.

However, because coconut wax is very soft so we mix it with 100% soy wax to firm it up and give it a higher melt temperature. This helps to ensure that you don't receive a disfigured candle when shipping.

Both waxes are eco and vegan friendly.

Are your fragrances phthalate-free?

Yes, all fragrances that we use are phthalate-free and non-toxic.

Do you use essential oils for your fragrances?

No, none of our candles are made with essential oils.

Why is there wet oil spots on top of my candle?

These oil spots come from major temperature changes that the candle may go through. Because the melt point for soy wax is lower than some other waxes, it can sweat fragrance oil out during these temp changes. You can either leave it as it or gently blot it off with a paper towel.

This doesn't effect how your candle burns or smells either.

If possible, store candles in a dry and cool area, away from direct sunlight.
